If you like our programs but need a function that does not exist in our software at this time, we can design it for you for $10-15 (USD) per hour, for approximately a total of $150-250 (USD).

How it will work:

• We write a detailed description of the report you need and send it to you ;
• You make all the necessary changes to the document and send it back to us;
• After the document will be adopted by both sides, we'll tell you the exact amount of time we need to implement it, exact price and the date when the work will be completed;
• If you agree to the price, you must make an unfront payment and we will start developing the new functionality for you, if not - you do not have to pay anything.

How to become our Reseller

To become a reseller for our monitoring software products please:

• Send a message to sales . Please refer the number of licenses you would like to purchase along with the preferred shipping method - downloadable version or CD version (additional USD $10);
• After receiving this message we'll provide you with the internet URL where you will be able to place an order. We accept all major credit cards and all major payment methods, including checks, phone/fax orders, wire transfer and purchase orders, we can also provide you with an invoice if it is necessary;
• When you get a new customer for our software products you purchase the license for this customer from Handy Software Lab using the URL we've sent you (see above). After placing the order please send us the registration name to let us create a registration code (unlock code) for your customer. This unlock code will be sent to you within 1 business day. You can also make an unfront purchase for your future customers - we'll send you registration codes upon request when you get a new customer;
• After receiving the unlock code from Handy Software Lab you either send it to the customer together with the instructions or enter it into the trial version of the program on the customer's computer. This will convert the trial version of our software into the fully-functional product.

Reseller discount

Handy Software Lab reseller can purchase software at a discount based on the number of licenses that they are purchasing during one month. The discount is calculated as indicated below.

• 25% discount for 1-5 licenses/month
• 35% discount for 6-10 licenses/month
• 50% discount for 10+ licenses/month
