Statistics

On this page you can see the printing statistics for your printers. The statistics includes very detailed information about print jobs. You can see two tables: in the top table the allowed print jobs are displayed, and in bottom - blocked and removed jobs.

The tables columns visibility is configurable. You can leave only those columns which represent for you interest. For this purpose press "Columns" button and choose the columns necessary to you from the list.

By default, tables show statistics at the moment of last printing event. This time of recording to the database last forbidden or allowed print job. You always can choose another date for viewing statistics using Date Picker ().

Table columns description:

Page Scale Specifies the factor by which the printed output is to be scaled. The apparent page size is scaled from the physical page size by a factor of "Page Scale"/100. For example, a letter-sized page with a "Page Scale" value of 50 would contain as much data as a page of 17- by 22-inches because the output text and graphics would be half their original height and width.
Paper Source Specifies the paper source.
Print Quality Specifies the printer resolution in dots per inch.
Color Switches between color and monochrome on color printers. Following are the possible values:
COLOR
MONOCHROME
Duplex Selects duplex or double-sided printing for printers capable of duplex printing.

At the bottom of this page common statistics is displayed. It includes information about users, printers, documents printed, pages printed, color pages printed, color documents printed.

You can export the saved statistics in a format, convenient for you for the subsequent processing by other programs. You can choose any of the most popular formats: XML, CVS or HTML. For export your statistical data you should right-click on the corresponding table (printed or blocked documents), choose type of export and simply save to file. Results of export will look like in these examples, only with your real data.

XML: Printed documents Blocked documents;

CSV: Printed documents Blocked documents;

HTML: Printed documents Blocked documents.

At the bottom of the window there are three buttons: OK (closes a window with saving the modified data submitted in a window), Apply (not closing a window, saves the data, submitted in a window) and Close (closes a window, discards the data). If the user has started the console as the "observer" role, after closing the program all modification will lost. Change the settings of gathering of the information the user "Administrator" can only do.
