Printers Settings
For maintenance of the exact accounting you should to correct some printer's parameters.
For Windows2000 you should to switch on use of a print spooler ( Printer Properties->Advanced ), (Spool print jobs so program finishes printing faster) and set a data format to EMF if it possible, using “Enable Advanced printing features” (not all drivers of the printer supports such settings). If you set the data type to RAW (“Enable Advanced printing features” is not checked), the amount of pages in the printer's tasks in some cases can be mistakenly.

For Windows XP/2003: all settings are similar to Windows2000.
