Customized reports is based on existing reports. Existing report templates includes access to the database tables and set of functions to access and analyze the data from the database.
The custom report can be created in few simple steps (How to create a custom report, video):
Step 1: Select base report as template and right-click on it. Then click "Create custom report from selected"
Step 2: Set the report name and description or simply click "OK". You can rename your report later.
Step 3: At this point your new custom report is created and placed into the "Custom Reports" group. Now you can modify both report name and report description.
Step 4: Rename report
Step 5: Now you custom report have correct name and description. If you want to change report, you should right-click on it and then click "Report designer".
Step 6: Edit your custom report. You cam change the report design or script code.
