How to schedule report creation (Video)

The Print Logger software creates reports in background using selected templates. Reports can be accessed via embedded HTTP server in regular wed browser. Also reports can be sent to list of recipients using email. The Print logger is shipped with 30+ ready to use reports. If you need to customize some or all reports, change report(s) language to your local language, add your company's logo or make any other modifications, you can do it simple!

You can select as many report as you need to successfully control your printing activity. Select the report from list and use right click menu or click reports-properties-buttonbutton to configure properties.

Report enabled - activates the selected report and enables this report creation;

Report output format - you can use one of supported format most suitable for you;

Create this report - time interval to creation retorts. Reports can be created daily on hourly at specified time;

Preview report - opens selected report with your live data. Also you can print or export report in various formats from the report window;

Reports can be sent via email to defined recipients. Please add recipients to Recipients list. Please fill at least all required fields.

You can edit the selected recipient later:

When all report recipients has been created, you can assign the report recipients to each report. To do this, select the recipient in "Recipients" list, then select the report and click button-addbutton to add the selected recipient to report recipients.

Module priority - allows you control CPU usage for this module. Lower priority will decrease your system load, higher priority wil decrease this module work time and work speed. Read more about priority classes here.
